Ozodeck Inc. operates this website under the public brand Ozodeck. This Privacy Policy explains how Ozodeck handles information submitted through the website's Contact and Get a Proposal forms.
Information You Provide
The Contact form asks for your name, email address, service interest, and message. You may also provide a phone number and company name. The Get a Proposal form asks for your name, email address, company or business name, service need, industry, budget range, timeline, and project details. You may also provide a phone number and website URL.
How We Use Your Information
Ozodeck uses the information you submit to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, communicate about the requested project or service, and protect the forms from abuse. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Form Delivery and Abuse Prevention
Form submissions are validated and sanitized on the server before accepted inquiry details are sent through Ozodeck's configured email-delivery system to the designated Ozodeck inbox. The forms also use a hidden spam-detection field and short-window, in-memory rate limiting based on an IP address supplied in standard forwarding headers. The IP address is used as a rate-limit key and is not included in the inquiry email.
The application does not write form submissions to a database, CMS, or CRM. Submitted inquiries may remain in the email systems used to receive and manage correspondence. Ozodeck has not published a fixed retention period.
Cookies and Tracking
When optional Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits and successful inquiry events. Our custom inquiry events include the form type, not your name, email, message, or other form answers. Google processes analytics data through its service. Advertising personalization is disabled in our integration.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can decline optional analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Without a configured analytics ID, the integration and preference control remain disabled. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not remove data already received by Google.
Security
Ozodeck uses the validation, sanitization, spam-detection, and rate-limiting measures described above for website inquiries. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
